Clusters

As a result of the work on mission, vision, and restructure during 2009, the committees and ministries of the church have been reorganized into six ministry clusters: Worship, Learn, Gather, Care, Share, and Sustain. The officers in each cluster make up somewhat of an ‘executive committee’ for their respective clusters; these may be extended to include chairs of the larger committees and ministry teams within the cluster. The next set of officers, who will be elected to start in January 2011, will be called into specific clusters, with 2 elders and 2 deacons for each. Sustain will be slightly larger, with 6 elders and 4 deacons. During the transition time between no and then, the number of officers will be larger, but will decrease to 16 elders and 14 deacons.
