Fellows Pursuing Christ

BYOBible is a men’s bible study that meets each Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall. We study the lectionary passages for the coming Sunday each week. The lectionary can be found at The Presbyterian Church (USA) website – click on the ‘Next Sunday’ link in the top right corner of the page.

Men’s Monthly Breakfast meets concurrent with BYOBible on the first Wednesday of every month. We are also now cooking sausage biscuits for the folks at Labor Finders, so if you want to get involved, e-mail me at ktrails@comcast.net

The Men’s Sunday School class meets in room 213 at 9:15 a.m., Morris Hammer is leading us in a study of the book of Romans.

The most up-to-date information on the fellows programs can be found at: http://web.mac.com/ktrails/iWeb/Site/fellows.html

FPC drives the Salvation Army Soup Van on the third Saturday of every month and serves food to some of Huntsville’s needy. Sign up on the bulletin board outside the fellowship hall or contact Jason Kerr (jkerr@drash.com) for more information on how to get involved.

There are regular work parties at Lincoln Village, both on Thursday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday mornings from about 8:00 am to noon. Contact Jeff Kyser (ktrails@comcast.net) for more information on what work is being done and at which location.

Maranatha Work Days - You’re needed to help clean gutters, hang shower curtains, clean windows, wash hogans and burn debris. Please contact Bo Lundy if you are available one of the weekends after Spring Break.

Ray’s Breakfast Club is not formally active, but you are encouraged to stop by room 13 at Big Spring Nursing Home on St. Clair to see Ray.

To sign up for the weekly e-mail newsletter, send an e-mail to Jeff at ktrails@comcast.net If you have church-related news that you want distributed to members of the church (those for which I have e-mails), send it to me – I usually send out a newsletter early each week.
